Born in the Ottawa region, Denis pursued his education at Algonquin College in Ottawa, where he majored in civil engineering. Over the course of his career , he gained valuable experience working with several private consulting engineering firms and contractors.
Following this, Denis dedicated 25 years to serving the municipalities of Aylmer and Gatineau, where he contributed to numerous civil engineering projects that supported the development of a city with a population of 300,000+ as of 2022.
After retiring from public service, he transitioned to the role of Infrastructure Director for Boulet Construction, where he oversees all new developments and property servicing for future construction projects.
